  1. Establish a Consistent Sleep Schedule: Go to bed and wake up at the same time each day, even on weekends. ( We generally recommend a +/- 30 minute window)
  2. Create a Relaxing Bedtime Routine: Wind down before bed with a calming activity like reading, meditation, or breathing exercises.  
  3. Optimize Your Sleep Environment: Ensure your bedroom is dark, quiet, and cool. (We don’t want blue light, and the ideal sleep temp is between 60-68 degrees.)
  4. Limit Screen Time: The blue light emitted from electronic devices can interfere with your sleep.
  5. Watch Your Caffeine and Alcohol Intake: These substances can disrupt your sleep patterns.
